convening featured a discussion of the new research on aging
populations and HIV/AIDS and its applications, policy and advocacy
issues, the experiences of service providers and aging individuals
living with HIV or AIDS, and how funders can be involved.

From Technical to Tactical: HIV Prevention Options and Philanthropy
Grantmakers joined Funders Concerned About AIDS (FCAA) and AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition (AVAC) for the first in a series of funder-only teleconferences focusing on the field of HIV/AIDS prevention science and the role of private philanthropy.
