Stephanie Woodson

Stephanie Woodson is a White House Office of National AIDS Policy Rising HIV Leader with an MPH from Emory University and a BS in Health Equity and Health Promotion from the University of Wisconsin. She works with the Emory Centers for Public Health Training and Technical Assistance in the COMPASS Center, funded by Gilead Sciences’ COMPASS Initiative. In her role as project officer, she oversees initiatives that ensure sustainability in HIV-focused community-based organizations through low-barrier grants, virtual learning, and leadership development. Her work focuses on advancing health equity, reducing stigma, and increasing access to care for marginalized communities. Passionate about fostering sustainable change, she seeks to enhance her grantmaking capacity and drive innovative strategies to address the evolving HIV epidemic, particularly in the Southern United States.
